DAYCARE 2008-2009

Every family is required to complete and return the form below.

When choosing an option from A, B or C, the daycare fee will be added to your 2008-09 tuition invoice and payable based on the same payment plan.

OPTION A: Unlimited use of the daycare from 3:30 pm to 6 pm daily. $1,500 per year (averages to around $3.50 per hour).

OPTION B: Unlimited use of the daycare from 3:30 pm to 5 pm daily. $1,000 per year (averages to around $3.90 per hour). Any additional use will be charged at the $10 hourly fee.

OPTION C: Hourly fee charge. An initial deposit fee of $ 500 will be added to your chosen payment plan. Use of the daycare service will then be billed at $10.00 an hour, by increments of one hour and deducted against the deposit. When balance is depleted, an additional deposit will be charged. Any deposit balance will be returned at the end of the school year.

Late pick up fees after 6 pm: You will be charged $3 per minute.

Emergency Use: The school recognizes that occasionally families who declined to enroll in an option may need to use daycare. The charge for non-enrolled children will be $20 per hour, billed by increments of one hour.
