Board of Trustees
As in other American private schools and non-profit corporations, the Board of Trustees is responsible for the entire organization, including finance, long-term planning, development, real estate, and other business.
Composition and Organization
The Board of Trustees is comprised of a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 voting members. The Head of School and Chief Operating Officer, as well as the Counsel General of France to San Francisco and the Cultural Attache, serve as non-voting Observers. The Board of Trustees generally meets monthly and has several standing committees which meet regularly and report to the Board.
