At the Lycée, we offer tailored programs for children as young as 1 year old. After Happy Play classes for toddlers (1-3 y) and their guardians, La Petite Ecole (2yo) and the entire Preschool program till K, provides a curriculum that naturally and gently prepares children for an exciting bilingual journey and plays an essential role in children’s development.
From performing short plays to interviewing special guests, our students are learning to master radio reporting and podcasting!

The International Track is based on the IB approach, a program that is internationally recognized and valued. THEATER | MAYA, A VOICE | JAN 24 | 7:30PM | 9yo+
When Maya, an 8-year-old girl, decides to stop speaking, everyone starts talking about it. But after five years of silence, her life transforms when Mrs. Flowers moves to her village in the southern United States and takes her under her wing. This is the story of Maya Angelou. After demonstrating extraordinary resilience and discovering her path, she finds her voice and becomes one of the most iconic figures in American artistic and political life. She would go on to be an author, artist, and civil rights activist, working alongside Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.

Isabella is opening the 2024 Season of our Senior Series. During her 12 years at the Lycee, Isabella founded the LFSF Girls Who Code Club and has made a lot of friends. LYCEE J'ADORE | SHARING [LOVE] STORIES
George has been a Lycée parent for close to a decade. When he and his family made the Lycée choice, it wasn't an obvious one as his family lives in the East Bay. But with Lycée, they found "a school that not only broadens the mind but elevates the heart". Max (Gr 11) joins his dad in sharing their experience.
For the many local and/or international families who made the Lycée choice, our school feels like home. Amongst our three campuses, we count some 50 nationalities and 30+ spoken languages.

Isabella is a Senior this year, and an LFSF Lifer. Of more than 1.3 million students in over 21,000 high schools, Isabella has reached the Finalist status in the College Board PSAT/NMSQT(National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) program giving her access to over $28 million dollars in college scholarships.

We are delighted to announce the inauguration and unveiling ceremony of the mural created by the Artist in Residence, Ernesto NOVO, in collaboration with LFSF students.
The mural explores the themes of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which resonates deeply with the rich cultural tapestry of San Francisco and features eight local icons, each selected by our students and symbolizing the values inherent in our community.

The LFSF Parent Association is inviting our community to participate in an exciting hands-on workshop on Digital Literacy, focusing on Digital Controls. This event is a must-attend for parents who want to learn about safety options for computers, phones, social media, and other digital platforms.

The LFSF Parent Association is inviting our community to attend a screening of the thought-provoking documentary 'Screenagers', an award-winning film that probes into the vulnerable corners of family life and depicts messy struggles over social media, video games and academics. The film offers solutions on how we can help our kids navigate the digital world.
George has been an LFSF parent for close to a decade. He's joined by his son Max (Gr 11) and together, they have an open heart conversation about their experience at school.
When Rebecca's parents were looking for an international school for their three anglophone daughters, they made the LFSF choice. Thanks to that decision, Rebecca has been able to learn in multiple languages and benefit from a Lycee education. Rebecca also leads the Coalition of Black Students and Allies student club, bringing in new initiatives designed to bring students together.
We're excited to introduce a brand-new series showcasing important conversations led by members of our community. We're starting with Naya who talks with Martha about HPP, a cause they both deeply care about.
Let's meet Zara, a Gr12 student and founder of the LEAF club, which stands for Lycée Environmental Action Force! She explains her motivation and ecological engagement that led to the creation of this club!
Arthur and Oliver are both in Gr12, and very involved in the LFSF MUN ( Model UN) Club. They have been participating in that club for a couple of year and this year were selected as best delegates in the local meet. They look forward to meeting students from all states in the Spring stage of the debate competition, in New York. As seniors, they also reflect on their time at LFSF and the many opportunities they got to enjoy at the school they will miss when they move onto the next chapter of their lives.
