NEWS
On JAN 25, before the Golden State Warriors v. Memphis Grizzlies, our own LFSF basketball stars got a chance to show their moves on the court of the SF cherished team!
They were thrilled to experience what it feels like to play on a professional court, supported by the LFSF community. During their friendly game, they played at their best. Their high energy was shared by the stadium. They also high fived some famous (and very tall!) NBA players.
La Petite Ecole was launched on our Sausalito campus in 2017. Its success leads today to its expansion in the city, on our Ashbury campus.
La Petite Ecole is a playful, child centered, introductory program designed to inspire very young students to learn, question and explore the world, in two languages!

Emmanuel TEXIER, LFSF Head of School
Emmanuel, became Head of School at LFSF in 2017. Prior to that, he had worked all over the world : in Australia, China and France. He is convinced that education, and more so bilingual education, can really make a difference in the life of a student. One of his goals is for each of them to achieve their full potential. And he has many wonderful memories of that happening!
Xuebing is passionate about languages and it's one of the reasons why she chose to be a teacher. Besides Mandarin, she speaks French, English, two Chinese dialects, some Japanese and she is learning Spanish! Her students also have the opportunity to better understand the Chinese culture through events such as the Lunar New Year. Last year, the celebrations were memorable!
