A Week of Giving to the LFSF Annual Fund

GIVE TODAY

Join the global Giving Tuesday movement and give to the LFSF ANNUAL FUND.

NOV 30 : BOARD CHALLENGE GIFT $64,000, meet the challenge! The Board pledges to match every dollar you donate on that day up to $64,000. 

NOV 30 + DEC 01 : Student Phone-a-Thon.

Students are motivated too! Volunteer high schoolers will be calling to encourage our community to give.

Gifts to the Annual Fund go to the LFSF’s most pressing needs, financial aid, field trips and experiences, or technology. 

 

 

In anticipation for our #WeekofGiving, we've released 2 collaborative videos! Have you seen them yet?.. For some of you, they may bring back some memories (as they're inspired by a popular French commercial).

Check them out because we know you'll enjoy the acting skills of :

  • Gr 4-A student Elliott  and History + Geography teacher Charles SORRIE for the EN version;
  • Gr 3-B student Louise and Drama Teacher Gregory GALIN in the FR version

Of course, you'll also learn more about the Annual Fund and why it's important to support it. In this season of gratitude, LFSF is thankful for its community.

LFSF Wins Big at NHSMUN!

The NHSMUN (National High School Model United Nations) is the largest competition of its kind in the world, and also widely considered to be the most prestigious Model UN conference for secondary school students. Each year, over 70 countries are represented, totaling approximately 5000 delegates.

🥇 The LFSF team collectively won first place in the “Research and Preparation” category and our head delegate Madeleine, was granted an “Award of Excellence”. These are impressive achievements for our team and our school, we are immensely proud of our LFSF MUN club.
