LFSF ARTIST IN RESIDENCE PROGRAM 

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging (DEIB) 

This program invites francophone artists* from around the world to use their art and explore the themes of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Belonging by collaborating with our bilingual students. We are looking for artists who can build a visual art piece that integrates our diverse curriculum to create a lasting artifact that can be displayed on our campus.

Ce programme invite des artistes francophones* du monde entier à utiliser leur art et à explorer les thèmes de la diversité, de l'équité, de l'inclusion et de l'appartenance en collaborant avec nos élèves bilingues. Nous recherchons des artistes capables de créer une œuvre d'art visuel qui intègre notre programme d'études diversifié afin de créer un artefact durable qui pourra être exposé sur notre campus.

• Where : Lycée Francais de San Francisco, California, USA 
• How long : 4 - 8 weeks
• When : Between November 2023 and March 2024
• Lodging, food & stipend will be provided. Logement, nourriture & allocation seront fournis.

Timeline of application process

• August 31, 2023 | Application deadline 
• September 2023 | LFSF committee will review the applications, conduct interviews, and select 3 final candidates. The 3 finalists will be asked to submit a more detailed project proposal specific to the LFSF.
• October 15, 2023 | Deadline for finalist project proposal.
• October 2023 | LFSF committee will complete a review of projects and select the Artist in Residence.
