Isabella is a finalist in the College Board PSAT/NMSQT program
The College Board PSAT/NMSQT(National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) program recognizes High School students who have demonstrated college-level achievement by first achieving high scores on the PSAT exam as JUNIORS.
Of more than 1.3 million students in over 21,000 high schools, Isabella has reached Finalist status and will be among the top 1% of students to have access to over $28 million dollars in college scholarships.
To become a Finalist, students and counselors submit a detailed scholarship application, in which they provide information about academic record, participation in school and community activities, demonstrated leadership abilities, employment, and honors and awards received.
Isabella is a Senior this year and an LFSF Lifer! Her US Taiwanese parents made the LFSF choice years ago, to provide Isabella with a rigorous and well-rounded, international education. She's passionate about computer science. Last year, she was featured in the first season of the LFSF J'adore series. She reflected on the numerous opportunities she was able to enjoy at school, including visiting Taiwan for the first time. She was part of the team who won the CoderZ competition and started the "Girls who code" LFSF student club!
