LFSF Board President, Erick MOREAU, passed away a few months ago and the LFSF Board of Trustees, along with the LFSF leadership, wanted to recognize his invaluable contribution to our educational organization.
A new name for our beautiful stage
Passionate about education, Erick also loved art, music and French culture. It felt therefore natural to rename our beautiful stage after him. On SEPT 10, the commemorative evening will the opportunity to officialize the new name and logo.
The Erick MOREAU Theater an essential educational asset for our students as well as a local beacon of French culture. It is a center for the Performing Arts and a vibrant cultural hub that connects local and French artists with thousands of people each year.
The TLF provides our local community with a rich, contemporary program of theater and cinema for all ages (see what's on this season).
Within the LFSF, the theater is a unique way to to engage and uplift all learners through arts education—in ways that spark curiosity and creativity, and build empathy.
A joyful celebration
Heartfelt official and personal addresses will be mixed with live music from singer songwriter and LFSF Alumni ZOLA, and the San Francisco-based acoustic ensemble, Barrio Manouche (check out the program).
Attending the event
The event will take take place in the theater at limited capacity and all guests will need to provide proof of vaccination. RSVP is required.
