A week of tastes

La Semaine du Goût 2026

Students participating in Semaine du Goût activities, including food preparation, tasting, and shared meals as part of a hands-on culinary learning experience.

At the Lycée, La Semaine du Goût is always a highlight and this year was no exception.

Across all three campuses, students explored new flavors, met food professionals, discovered culinary traditions from around the world, and reflected on the environmental impact of food production. From "petits choux" and ice cream to empanadas, ceviche, corn tortillas with guacamole, pancakes or Lebanese specialties, it was a week rooted in curiosity and connection.

A mix of hands on and delicious activities for students

The Week of Tastes also offered a window into something we care deeply about at the Lycée: meals that are also part of the learning experience.

Through our farm-to-campus Cantine (with fresh meals prepared daily in our professional kitchen in partnership with Acre) students learn to care for their health, their community, and their environment.

Because when food is thoughtfully prepared and intentionally shared, it is more than a meal: it becomes part of how children grow.
