In this presentation for high school parents, we’ll explore what well-being means for our high school students and how it looks in their daily lives. We'll discuss the importance of fostering habits that intentionally support physical, mental, emotional, and social health, along with practical ways to guide them on this journey. We’ll also address the unique parenting challenges around mental health messaging, incorporating insights from the Surgeon General’s call to action on teen mental health and parent well-being. You’ll learn how to effectively communicate messages about healthy habits, using evidence-based frameworks like Dan Siegel’s "7 Parts of the Healthy Mind Plate" and Challenge Success’s “PDF.” Lastly, we’ll cover how to recognize signs and symptoms that may need attention, initiate conversations, and seek help when necessary.

To conclude, we will share an overview of our health education curriculum in High School at the Lycée.

However, the challenge does not end with college admissions and the ability to adapt and succeed in the new university environment is just as critical.

Before children begin using books, paper, pens, or tablets, they first learn how to live together, build friendships, and resolve conflicts. Our students participated in the AAEH contest

The theme of the 2025 edition is 'Francophonie: A Journey Through Time and Space'. Our students tackled this challenging topic with great skill, exploring what the French-speaking world means to them and the difficult, often problematic conditions under which it was formed. At times, they connected the subject to their personal histories, while also reflecting on how speaking French has proven beneficial in their lives.

Start'Up Lycée, an annual competition organized by the LFSF, is designed to familiarize Gr10 students with the launching of a startup.

This year's theme? It's all about food !

Our students got together in groups of 4 to find their own innovative solutions to already existing problems, and finally presented them to the jury in the Amazon Offices in the City. Stay tuned to find out which Start'Up will win over our jury!

Out of 9 teams, three won, with two sharing the first place! They will stay in competition until the 21th of March, where they will also compete against other North American International Schools.
