CC | Student Diversity Leadership Conference (SDLC) [Online]

The SDLC conference is an annual event hosted by NAIS to support diversity initiatives in U.S independent schools. Six of our student delegates attended the conference this week! They are getting trained to become diversity leaders and will use their knowledge in support of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice projects on ORT.

ORT | LFSF Students exchanged with Cartooning For Peace 

LFSF was invited by the non-profit organization Cartooning for Peace to attend a conference on the topic of freedom of expression, humor and press cartoons. More than 680 students attended the conference and 2 of our Gr 8 students were chosen to ask questions to cartoonist KAK on behalf of all the attendees! Congratulations to them!

AES | Winter Camp & AES Updates

AES is launching Multisports activities for Gr8 students on Tuesdays from 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm, starting next week.

LFSF Spread the Cheer Advent Calendar [Social Media]

2020 has been challenging for many of us, so we’re sharing the Advent Calendar festive tradition of revealing small “surprises” each day to help spread the cheer amongst our community and above. LFSF Spread The Cheer Advent Calendar is a collaborative work providing fun ideas and resources, mostly for children, unveiled one day at a time. A special thank you to our librarians for their help in this project!
